Project Description

The award-winning design and construction effort featured an elevated concrete plaza memorializing all of the major U.S. wars, including retaining walls, reflective ponds, water feature, war monuments, bronze plaques and a wall of Litracon (light-transmitting-concrete) block, which was sourced from Hungary.
