Louisiana Lottery

Located in downtown Baton Rouge, construction of this two-story, 27,000 sf new office building included caisson-supported building foundation, structural steel structure, brick veneer decorative cast stone exterior, glass wall system, membrane roofing. The finishes included extensive millwork, terrazzo floors, and ornamental metal work. The project also included 36,000 sf concrete paving following demolition of existing parking area.
